Your Responsibilities

1. Presenter Application (90 Days Before Event)

  • Submit the Presenter Application at least 90 days in advance.

  • Please wait for confirmation of acceptance before moving forward to the CEU stage.

2. CEU Application (30 Days Before Event)

  • After your presenter application is approved, submit the CEU Application a minimum of 30 days prior to your event.

GaRID’s Responsibilities

  • GaRID handles the administrative, promotional, and CEU-related tasks to make your event successful and compliant.

  • Participant registration

  • Creation and dissemination of promotional materials

  • CEU processing

  • Certificates of Completion

  • Presenter evaluations

This ensures you receive full support while maintaining professional standards and a smooth experience for participants.

Pricing

Partnering with GaRID includes a clear financial model:

  • You negotiate your presenter fee directly with GaRID

  • GaRID sets the event registration rate

  • GaRID retains any proceeds collected from registrations

This allows you to be compensated fairly while GaRID manages the operational side of the event.

HOW TO GET STARTED

For individuals independently hosting a GaRID-approved workshop or conference.
 

Step 1 - Submit the Presenter Application

Presenter Application - Submitted 90 days before your workshop or conference.

Step 2 - Receive Approval

You will receive an approval email or request for clarification before moving forward.

Step 3 - Submit the CEU Application

CEU Application - Submitted 30 days before the event.

 

Step 4 - Prepare Your Content

Develop materials, outline your learning objectives, and finalize your format.

Step 5: GaRID Handles the Rest

Registration, marketing, CEUs, certificates, evaluations—the administrative side is fully managed by GaRID.
