Privacy and Terms of Usage


The Georgia Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, Inc. (GaRID) is a 501-3(C) incorporated in the state of Georgia.  The purpose of the organization is to promote the profession of sign language interpreting within the state. 

GaRID's website is primarily designed to benefit the members of the organization.  However, much of the information contained in this site may be of benefit to individuals outside of the organization.  Use of the site for informational purposes is not restricted.  However, all text, graphics and media contained within this site are the property of GaRID and may not be duplicated in part or full for any use without the written permission of the GaRID Editor.

Images displayed on this site are primarily of GaRID members and invited guests of GaRID sanctioned functions.  Attendance of GaRID sanctioned functions implies your consent for the use of your image on this site.  If your image appears on this site in opposition to your wishes, contact the GaRID Editor immediately to request removal of the image.

Information submitted by web form is transmitted to GaRID through the use of a third party processor, FormMail.com.  To better understand how the FormMail.com Privacy Policy affects your web submissions, please click here.

Information intended solely for the use of GaRID members is contained within restricted pages that must be accessed by username and password.

GaRID does not collect information from site visitors beyond statistical information that may be collected by our host server such as your browser type, browser version, and what pages you have visited.

Use of garid.org email addresses is to be restricted to business matters that directly pertain to the organization.  Other uses of these addresses, including spamming, phishing and the solicitation of services are not permitted.
